We recommend spot cleaning our covers. If washing is required, please hand wash in cold water and hang to dry.
fabric appearance
Fabric repeats can vary and may differ slightly from the photo shown on the website. Block printing can also produce variations in colour and slight imperfections can be expected with fabrics and handmade items. Flock pillow covers are all finished with an exposed brass zipper.
pillow insert info + Sizing
We do not sell pillow inserts but recommend using an insert that is 2" larger than the cover for our 20"x20" and 22"x22" covers. For the lumbar pillows please order the same size insert as they are purposely made 1" smaller.
22" x 22" insert (Fits a 20" x 20" cover)
24" x 24" insert (Fits a 22" x 22" cover)
26" x 26" insert (Fits a 24" x 24" cover)

refunds + exchanges
We want you to love your pillow covers! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on regular-priced items within 30 days of delivery.
Please note that items must be unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
